Online Tele-therapy Program
Salcres' response to the Covid-19 Pandemic on treating patients requiring physical therapy is hosting an online session for patients or "Tele-therapy."
Tele-therapy requires patients to have a reliable internet source and a working smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer with a camera. Our Physical Therapist will be contacting our patients and proceed with the treatment.
We are still accepting patients that prefer our online Tele-therapy program. This program is without any charge and will remain donations only.
To schedule a treatment session, please send us an email through appointments@salcresptrehabcenter.com.
For patients that require our Home Based Therapy, please refer below to our procedures.

Homecare and Teletherapy Guidelines
Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, our clinic will be applying new guidelines on adapting to the new normal:
1. Reliable Internet connection
You must have a reliable internet connection for Teletherapy Sessions to prevent interruptions during treatment.
2. a caregiver present during teletherapy
You must have a caregiver or a relative present to assist you during treatment via teletherapy to prevent accidents and injuries.
3. Private room for patients (homecare)
Homecare Patients must have their own private room for home visits to limit contamination.
4. Updated Vaccination Cards
All Patients and Designated Caregivers must have a Covid 19 Vaccination Card.
5. Homecare payments or Donations through bank
deposits or online transfers only
Donations or Homecare Payments are accepted through bank deposits or Online Transfers only. This is to minimize contact and prevent the spread of the virus.
6. Working mobile number and email address
Our program requires our patients to have a working mobile number to inform you of your therapy appointment and email address for your progress notes.
7. Attend all your teletherapy sessions
You must attend all your scheduled Teletherapy Sessions.
For Non-Homecare Patients: If you're not able to attend, you're allowed up to three cancellations. Appointment cancellations exceeding more than three would amount to cancelling your entire scheduled sessions to accommodate other patients.
For Homecare Patients: Maximum of five cancellations. The sixth cancellation would require you to restart the whole session and another home visit for a new initial evaluation.
