1.6 The Gala Night, including dinner and an open bar, will take place from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM on the day of the seminar.
1.7 The organizers guarantee that the schedule of the Annual Innovative Summit 2024 will not be canceled or moved, as reservations have been confirmed with the hotel, functions, and all relevant third-party providers involved in the event.

2.2 Accommodation and Meals
- Accommodation is provided in a Superior Suite or Studio Suite at The Forest Lodge, with quadruple occupancy.
- The accommodation includes a buffet breakfast on the following day.
- Check-in time is at 3:00 PM on November 25, 2024, and check-out is at noon on November 26, 2024.
- Luggage storage will be available with the hotel staff on the morning of registration.
- One ticket accommodates one attendee in a Quadruple Occupancy Room at The Forest Lodge.
- Attendees must be at least 21 years old.
- Attendees must adhere to the house rules of The Forest Lodge Hotel.
- Attendees are responsible for any lost or damaged property in the hotel room, and the organizers are not liable for such incidents.
- The organizers are not responsible for any damages or missing personal effects in the hotel room.
- If an attendee has an extra guest, the attendee is responsible for the guest's accommodation costs, payable directly to the hotel.
- Attendees are entitled to a Lunch Buffet during the seminar and a Gala Buffet Dinner on November 25, 2024, and must adhere to the restaurant and event dress code.
- Attendees are also entitled to a breakfast buffet on November 26, 2024, and an open bar during the Gala Night on November 25, 2024.
2.3 Seminar Event
- Attendees must confirm their attendance with the registration committee.
- Attendees must register on the day of the event.
- The forum is designed according to professional expertise (Allied Rehabilitation Medicine, General Medicine, Education, and Research Paper Competition), and attendees' chosen forums are final. No course swaps are allowed during the seminar.
2.4 Certificates
- Attendees are guaranteed certificates corresponding to the number of courses attended.
- Attendees must contact the organizers for any changes or corrections to their name on the certificate.
- Attendees must complete the entire session to receive their certificate.
- On-site attendees will receive their certificates in hardcopy format at the event.
- The CPD crediting for this event will be self-directed and will not be credited automatically. Attendees are responsible for submitting their certificates for CPD credits.
3.Webinar Attendees
3.1 Webinar attendees will receive exclusive access to the event.
3.2 Attendees will receive a digital ticket three to four working days after registering and an email containing the Zoom link and password to their chosen webinar two-weeks before the main event.
3.3 The organizers are not liable for poor internet connections on the attendee's end. It is the attendee's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection.
3.4 The organizers ensure that the webinar will proceed without delay.
3.5 In case of an internet interruption at the main event, the webinar will transition to an on-demand video format with test questions.
3.6 Certificates will be released once the attendee completes the video and passes the test.
3.7 Digital certificates will be issued after successful completion.
3.8 Webinar attendees will receive a digital copy of their certificate via email after successfully completing the session requirements.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 On-Site Attendees
- The Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Promo Registration Rates must be paid in full.
- In the event that the attendee fails to make full payment on October 10, 2024. Their reserved spot will be released.
- Full-Payment Cancellations made on or before September 30, 2024, will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Full-Payment Cancellations made between October 1, 2024, and October 15, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 15, 2024.
- Tickets are transferable. However, attendees must notify the organizers of the transfer at least seven (7) days before the event.
- In the event of a pandemic, calamity, or unforeseen events, the organizers reserve the right to transition the event to a webinar format with the participants receiving an advance notice.
4.2 Webinar Attendees
- The attendee must make full payment on the day that they register.
- If an attendee fails to pay the webinar registration in full, they will receive an email notification regarding the incomplete payment. They will then have 3 calendar days from the receipt of the email to complete the full payment. Failure to do so within this period will result in the forfeiture of their spot, and a refund will be issued, minus an inconvenience fee of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00).
- Cancellations made before October 20, 2024, will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between October 21, 2024, and November 10, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after November 10, 2024.
- In the event of a technical failure on the organizer’s end that prevents access to the webinar, the attendee will have the option to access the on-demand video format.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1 The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, howsoever caused, during the event.
5.2 The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or content, including replacing speakers, without prior notice.
5.3 Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event. The organizers will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items.
5.4 The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee from the event for inappropriate behavior, without refund.
5.5 In the event of an outbreak of an illness before or on the day of the event, the organizers will immediately adhere to government-mandated health guidelines. This may include, but is not limited to, requiring a negative test result for the illness, a health certificate from a doctor, or a contact tracing record. Attendees must comply with these requirements to participate in the event.
5.6 Attendees, whether participating in person or via webinar, are expected to exhibit respect and professionalism towards the organizers and their fellow participants. Unruly behavior that results in injury to other attendees or organizers, or damage to property, will not be tolerated. Such behavior will be reported to the proper authorities, and the offending individual may be removed from the event and/or face legal consequences.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 The organizers will collect and process personal information from attendees for the purpose of event management and communication.
6.2 Attendees' information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as necessary for event operations (e.g., sharing names with the hotel for accommodation purposes).
6.3 By attending the event, attendees agree to the use of their image and likeness in event-related promotional materials.
6.4 The materials provided by Salcres Physical Therapy Foundation International Inc., including presentations by Subject Matter Experts, Annual Innovative Summit Kits, notes, and other related content, are the intellectual property of the Foundation and their Subject Matter Experts. Distribution or sale of these materials by attendees without explicit authorization from the Foundation or the Subject Matter Experts is prohibited. Additionally, recording the event and distributing any recordings without authorization from the Foundation, organizers, and the Subject Matter Experts is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
